Your Bombers remained undefeated by sweeping a double header toniight by the scores of 5-0 and 19-1. Scott Bloom pitched both ends masterfully in front of his young son Brandon (the mild mannered dad also smacked two homers and two triples). Meanwhile, everyone else did their job and the only negative was Roz Quarto breaking her finger.  Earlier Roz made a Big League play tagging out a runner attempting to leg out a double on a play center fielder Ross Intelisano almost made a sensational catch and then recovered to throw a laser: Ross to Roz. The Bombers have now jelled as a finely tuned defensive team which takes the extra base putting great pressure on their opponents. Having won 18 out of the last 19 games the Bombers next face its brother-sister team the Gotham Batmen on 7/12. Two streaks will collide and we hope you come to see us clash!
