for the entire
     10th Floor at 44 Wall Street.   This beautifully appointed office
space
is fully
     furnished and includes state-of-the-art voice and data systems
(internet speeds
     roughly 65 times faster than a standard T1), internal security system,
etc.   There
     is easy access to all transportation, including 2, 3, 4, 5, J, M
subways and NJ
     ferries.





     If you or any of your friends or colleagues are interested in
subletting one or more
     offices (furniture, VOIP phones, internet, copier, fax available at
little or no
     additional cost) on very reasonable and flexible terms, please let me
