[Fredslist] Gotham*s First Industry Luncheon for the Real Estate Industry was a Resounding Success!

On September 15th, Gotham held its first ever Industry Luncheon and Lecture. The focus of this kick-off event was the Real Estate Industry, and it packed the house at the Friar’s Club. 
The Keynote Speaker was Jim Berg, President of the Realty Advisory Board, an Association representing owners and operators of commercial and residential properties. His lecture was extremely informative and gave significant insights into all facets of Labor Relations relating to the maintenance and operation of commercial and residential Real Estate. 
But the buzz about the true value of the event was the superb networking and great introductions that came from all sectors of the industry mingling in the same room. All of the non-compete and conflict restrictions that govern the traditional Gotham groups were lifted, and anyone involved, related or simply interested in the Real Estate world, came and networked together and shared war stories, contacts and resources. There was tremendous synergy, and the industry focus created an environment for the formation of great business relationships. Truly a winning Gotham event – We look forward to the next one!
