Victoria Drogin is an executive, business and life coach, and an attorney of over 20 years. Former Associate Dean of Hofstra Law School, current Executive Director of Mercy College School of Business and professor in the masters program, she is a business consultant who works with professionals and executives to enhance their business development, leadership and management skills, and to enhance professional fulfillment and life balance.
Victoria has significant experience in higher education, marketing, business development, corporate identity and branding for professional service firms and was a frequent speaker on marketing and business development at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
Her background includes a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Wellesley College, and a double certification in Executive and Organizational Coaching and Life Coaching from New York University.
Victoria works with companies, institutions and individuals to define and reach inspiring professional and personal goals. She is the Executive Director of the Mercy College School of Business.
I am passionate about cooking (and eating!), fine wine, traveling with my husband Paul, my two fantastic daughters and two awesome stepsons, developing various mentoring programs for young women and for professionals, reading, yoga, running, teaching and always growing and learning new things.
