[Fredslist] Know anyone at OPTIMUM?

Hi, anyone know anyone at Optimum? I have a problem with them and can’t seem to get it dealt with. I
 have cable, internet, TV, etc with them on LI. I asked to have it put on seasonal service for winter, as I have for lots of years. They don’t have a record of it and are charging me much $$$.

What do you suggest?
