Hi Gotham,

My daughter, a Nurse Practitioner in East Harlem, and my son in law, a cameraman in Manhattan are looking for a large 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom in the Upper West Side, Columbia area, or the Upper East Side.
They are expecting a baby in April and their current apartment has a few issues that forces a move.

Any connections in finding a no Fee or low Fee apartment would be greatly appreciated.
