Roundtable ~ Everything You Wanted to Know About Arbitration (But Were
Afraid to Ask) on Wednesday June 15th, noon EDT.


This roundtable, aimed at younger attorneys and solo/small firm litigators,
will be the first of a series explaining the arbitration process and
successful strategies for arbitration. Designed for litigators who do not
arbitrate regularly, they will discuss the differences between arbitration
and litigation and how to set up your case.
