[Fredslist] Working in Paris

Hi all,
A friend's child has been offered a job for a fashion house in Paris.  The company has sent a package, but they have no experience with this.  Is there someone out there who could offer advice or guidance as to the contract and other life type questions like a work visa, housing, medical insurance...
