Gotham Happy Hour Happened happened after all … 

Not even spotty internet could stop the intrepid Rita Sue Siegel from being an integral part of the weekly celebration. She popped in to enjoy happy hour and then she popped in again, and again and again. It was great to keep seeing her. 

Norman Spizz (SPN Events and Entertainment)did the greeting and curating. FYI, today is his 40th wedding anniversary. He must use new material at home. 

 Robin Nack, one of our new Gotham members who has been a regular at Happy Hour learned for the first time about hero, Wells Remy Crowther, and the Red Bandana Award - the winner Award will be announced at the Holiday Party. 

Jane Bedell (Dovetail Resolutions) joined from her winter retreat in Florida. My membership committee pal, Ray Walcott (Capitol One Bank) was there - I think he has an advanced case of FOMO. The man doesn’t miss a Gotham Opportunity.

The incomparable Paula Oleska (Natural Intelligence Systems Inc) informed us that fish tacos have now become her Thanksgiving Tradition and Jayne Latz (Corporate Speech Solutions) added sushi to her TG menu going forward. 

It was great to see Tessa Marquis (New Standard Institute) zoom in from San Francisco. She informed me that the tackiest of all thanksgiving traditional foods - the one I adore - canned cranberry jelly - is not considered  a delicacy in Paris. Not surprised at all, but then they eat slugs and stomaches. 

We enjoyed the usual corny jokes, hearty laughter and headed into the rest of the weekend wrapped up in the warmth of Gotham friendship and camaraderie. 

Join us next week and be part of it all. And don’t forget to register for the Holiday Party - it’s going to be wonderful.
