About a month ago Nancy Schess thanked Carol for her help with a New York State Bar Association Program.  I commented how truly sorry I was to miss it, adding that I hoped to convince Carol to put on a similar program for the Nassau County Bar Association.  Within minutes Carol reached out let me know that one was in the planning stages.  As Co-Chair of the ADR Committee I worked with the Nassau Bar to move the program forward, and this afternoon my Co-Chair of ADR, and I, had the privilege of moderating
"How to Use Body Language to Make Videoconferences Feel More Personal".  We had an amazing turnout of attorneys from myriad committees join as Carol discussed how to maximize our effectiveness in virtual meetings/court conferences to help ensure we would be as effective online as in person.  Carol was outstanding, as attested to in the Chat comments.  Thank you Carol for always being willing to help and to share your knowledge.
