Finally, as seen in the New York papers yesterday, the Brooklyn Chamber has launched the "Bring Back Brooklyn Fund" - a community-driven, no-interest small business loan program targeting those small businesses which have been shut out of most loan opportunities.  With 65% of the Fund earmarked for Minority or Women-owned business enterprises, this Fund is geared toward helping small businesses pay their bills, clean and sanitize their shops, hire staff, pay vendors and more.
