For her publication in the June/July New York State Bar Association Journal of her article "Make Your Video Conferences More Productive by Incorporating Nonverbal Communication Cues." As one who was reprimanded by a judge just this morning on a Skype Conference for looking down and not at him-which forced me to detract from my argument to explain to him I was looking at my notepad which was out of camera range-I found the information incredibly timely, intuitive, and useful.
Video conferencing is certainly not limited to lawyers. We have all pivoted to working virtually and can all benefit from Carole's extremely practical advice. And so,  I have enclosed the article in this email.
