[Fredslist] Screening room plus reception space for a nonprofit fundraiser?

I am the Co-Director of One Earth Conservation, a nonprofit that empowers people who are saving the planet, particularly people in Latin America who are saving their wild parrots.

 

One Earth is planning its first ever fundraising event for early December and we’re looking for a donated or low-cost screening room (with a reception area for food and drink, possibly including wine and beer) that will hold 50-75 people. We’d like to hold the event on the evening of 12/10/18, 12/11/18 or 12/12/18 from 6pm to 8 or 8:30pm. We will be screening 3 short films that relate to our work during the event.
