We are a plaintiff's medical malpractice firm located in Lake Success which is in western Nassau County, LI.  We have two open positions, one is an entry level position which is for a receptionist/legal assistant.  That position would be suitable for a recent college grad who may or may not be thinking about law school.  It is a full time position  with medical benefits, 401k, etc.  Duties include answering phones, client contact, typing, obtaining documents necessary to pursue medical malpractice cases.  Experienced receptionists/legal assistants are also encouraged to apply.

The second position is for an experienced medical malpractice paralegal must be able e-file and handle all aspects of prosecution of a medical malpractice case from the plaintiff's side from filing of complaint through trial prep.  Salary commensurate with experience.  Experience with Federal Courts a plus. Full benefits.
