[Fredslist] Ride The Circuit to LI Women and Learn How To Save A Life!

Please join Gotham LI Women for our next meeting on Tuesday May 1, 2018 at 8:00AM at the Inn at Fox Hollow located at 7755 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury. A full breakfast will be served.
This is going to be a great meeting as our very own Phyllis Newbert of the Heart Saver Institute will be giving us a demonstration of  "Hands Only" CPR to show how you can save a life, even without formal training. Phyllis will also demonstrate the use of automated external defibrillators (AED) which are in schools, airplanes, fitness centers and other public places in the event someone suffers from a life-threatening cardiac arrhythmia and needs to be defibrillated to establish normal heart rhythm. The Heart Saver Institute is a nationally recognized training center for the American Heart Association, National Safety Council, American Safety & Health Institute, First Safety Institute, and Emergency Care & Safety Institute.

If you know of anyone who would benefit from Gotham's wonderful networking experience, please ask them to join us.
