[Fredslist] Power of a closed mtg

Today I crashed the closed Real Estate meeting (b/c, "never eat alone").
Alan Kreit & Scott Bloom were kind of to allow me to stay.

What a powerful resource meeting: members had complex real estate questions
& subject matter experts had answers!

This was only possible because it was focused on the industry, and Gotham
(and the GCs) curated the right dozen people for the room (plus me).

Quality over quantity; closed is valuable in many ways!
