[Fredslist] Seeking IP (patent) counsel in Nashville, TN for start-up

Gotham: 

 

The son of a friend has what appears to be a promising IT app/software
program that he wants to market through his start-up company.  He has to
protect it with an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) or similar device, so that
prospects with whom he shares it won't try to reverse-engineer or otherwise
steal it.  He also needs to discuss possible patent protection or other
strategies.  

 

He is located in Nashville, TN.  Does anyone know appropriate IP counsel in
Nashville to whom to recommend my friend's son?  E-mails only, please, so I
