So Tribe,

Last week I received an SOS call from my Italian friends who were visiting
Miami.

Apparently they didn't make a well thought out vacation.  They were stuck
without reasonable hotel accommodations  and therefore had to book a room at
the Intercontinental Hotel near the Miami airport. A hotel in the middle of
nowhere and paying close about $400 a night, was not ideal. 

 

It was 5:30pm and I immediately contacted Cheri Elferis at Pro Travel. I
explained the dilemma and Cheri was on it .

Home at 8:00am the next morning while getting ready for work, I received a
call from Cheri on my cell phone. Almost simultaneously, I responded to my
ringing house phone with my friends on the line, desperately waiting for
some helpful answer . Thankfully I had good news.

 

Cheri had it all figured out giving my friends 3 hotel options, which not
only provided a solution within minutes but saved them time, money and their
vacation. 

Now that's what I call professional.!!!

All this before my second cup of coffee!!! 

 

So I am giving a big thank you to you  Cheri, you are the best !!!

I can see why you work for a company called Pro Travel, how appropriate.
