I am looking for an experienced, honest, diligent person and someone who
can take the initiative to set up projects for herself.  I have a 2
bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 square ft. apartment with 14 ft. ceilings and
fireplace on the Upper West side.  She (he) will replace a woman who has
worked for my family for 40 years! Tough act to follow, but life moves on.
