[Fredslist] intranet application

Hi all, 

 

I have a client who is looking for a place where his organization can upload
documents for sharing and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations
for a cloud-based application (intranet service?) that can do the following
things: 

 

1)      Have a public area (no password needed) AND a private area (multiple
users, each with their own password)

2)      Handle Word docs, PDFs, photos, etc. 

3)      Have an admin dashboard

4)      Allow organization by folders and subfolders

5)      No cost (if possible) or low monthly price
