[Fredslist] Merchant Services / Credit Card Fraud Attorney

 I have a client who has a substantial amount of money being held by his credit card merchant services processor - First Data. 

There were a significant number of chargebacks, which the client has answered. However, the client has reason to believe that some or all of the fraudulent transactions were caused by someone hacking into the networks of First Data or one of its partners - and not by any fault of my client.
 
Regardless of the cause of the fraud, at this point, First Data is holding way more money than is needed to secure the chargebacks and my client is desperate to get some funds released.
