[Fredslist] A piano in Manhattan to donate

Dear Gotham,

 

An organizer-friend is helping a client of hers to down-size, and she says
he's got a 40-year-old Baldwin spinet (and bench) to donate.  She says it's
in good enough condition that the fellow plays it and that it was tuned this
year.  Location:  Manhattan.
