[Fredslist] Only One Week Until the ABA's Intellectual Property Litigation Regional CLE -- Tips from the Masters -- IP Trial Strategies

For the past three years, I have been Co-Chair of the American Bar
Association's Intellectual Property Litigation Committee Regional CLE.  Our
2013 program is next Friday, June 7th at Pillsbury Winthrop in Times Square.
The program -- "Tips from the Masters - IP Trial Strategies" -- features
leading national IP litigators on three panels discussing trial strategies
(pretrial, trial tactics, and direct and cross-examination), a panel on
in-house counsel's perspective on trial strategies, and a lunchtime panel
featuring Judge Cote of the Southern District of New York and Judge Chesler
of the District of New Jersey.   The all-day program includes five CLE
credits, lunch and a networking cocktail party.  And for anyone familiar
with CLE prices in New York (besides those from Hudson Valley Bank), this is
a true bargain -- $125 for Litigation Section members and $175 for everyone
