[Fredslist] Small conference room needed for 4 people June 18 and June 19th

I will be doing an all day training in Midtown on *June 18th and June 19th *and
would love to know what my rental options are.
I am not looking to pay high fees as I have a space but would like
something a bit better.

I will be teaching and there will be three students to give you an idea of
space.
Ideal would be if I could have a screen for powerpoint. Am I asking too
much?

I am looking forward to hearing what you have for me. Many thanks in
