[Fredslist] Seeking Manhattan office space (small)

Dear Gothamites:

 

My husband and I just moved back to Manhattan this month, loving being back
now (as empty nestersJ).

 

I am now looking to move my office for www.EverythingSummer.com to Manhattan
as well. 

 

Here are my specs. Hoping there a few Gothamites that can help me find a new
home for my small, professional business:

 

*         Jill Tipograph, founder of Everything Summer LLC,
www.everythingsummer.com, is seeking small office space in Manhattan,
by/before September 2013. 

 

*         Currently Jill has her office in Englewood, NJ, and is looking to
move it to Manhattan. Her current space has two offices, one where 2-3
people can have desks; allowing for some file cabinets. Ideally there would
be a small reception area where a small table and chairs/small refrigerator
can be housed. Storage closet; and an optional conference space to be used
as needed for small client meetings. Approximate square footage is between
600-800 square feet.

 

*         Since Jill's company specializes in consulting with parents for
their kids and teens for summer experiences, she is open to collaborative
(but private) space with like-minded professionals who may service the same
clientele type in a synergistic business (e.g. tutoring companies,
educational consultants, psychologists, college admissions advisors,
babysitting/nanny services, family planning, learning specialists, etc.).

 

*         Manhattan location: UES (preferred), UWS, midtown. Secure
building. A/C. (office cleaning services would be nice.)Could be a sublet or
subdivision of space, too.
