I seek referral and recommendation to a solo attorney or small law firm in
or around Atlanta, GA, 

preferably close to Covington, GA,  to assist with execution and
notarization of a deed and 

related transfer documents to convey property in New York by a seller living
in Covington, GA

(which appears to be a suburb of Atlanta), who can't come to NY for the
closing.
