My girlfriend is looking to sublease her studio apartment for a medium to short term period on a month to month basis. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, couch, flat screen tv and more. It is located on the upper east side (72nd and 1st). The cross town bus stops right in front of the building. She's looking for someone completely trustworthy, responsible and clean. Ideally somebody without too much stuff. The place is ready to go and has cable tv and wireless internet in place (approx. $125 per month cost if you choose to keep it). ConEd is approx. $40-$50 per month.

The apartment is very large for a studio and has a separate kitchen area with a window as well as a dressing room with two large closets. There are three two additional closets in the living area as well (which is very large)

The apartment is available for one person only. Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed in the apartment and in the building. Must have proof of income and reference. Please respond telling a bit about yourself and how long you need the apartment.
