[Fredslist] Commercial Real Estae Question

My lease is soon to expire. I would like a larger space but the cost is
prohibitive. I'm weighing the pros and cons of going for a larger space and
subletting a portion of it to offset some of the cost. Does anyone along the
network do this or know someone who does? If so, good idea or more trouble
than it's worth?
