[Fredslist] Seeking an attorney who specializes in dealing with airlines

A person I know reasonably well flew Lufthansa last week.

The tray table broke/snapped and hot, scalding tea poured onto the 
passenger's lap.

Lufthansa claimed they had no ice on board, and offered the passenger 
a bottle of wine to cool the skin.

At disembarkation, no medical aid was available at the airport.
