effective on January 1, 2013.  The law firm will operate under the name
of Kirschenbaum, Phillips & Roach, P.C. in Farmingdale, NY. 

 

Peter T. Roach and Associates, P.C.,  a foreclosure and creditors rights
law firm with national and local clients, is led by Peter T. Roach who
has also held the position of Adjunct Professor at St. Johns University
School of Law in Jamaica, NY for 25 years.  Peter T. Roach and
Associates, P.C. will continue to practice foreclosure law in Syosset,
NY.

 

Kirschenbaum & Phillips, P.C., has been servicing marquee clients such
as banks, credit unions, auto lenders, medical providers, collection
agencies, debt buyers and the general business community for over 60
