Hello All:



Can anyone recommend a good, reliable contactor/painter who can work in Manhattan?  Need painting, floor repair, tile & grout repair, minor bath renovation, etc.  I had a spectacular contractor on LI but he's too far out...can anyone recommend someone great, LI or NJ is fine as long as they're insured and reliable - looking for the same magic I had before.
