[Fredslist] help needed with lost luggage Aer Lingus

Good Morning:
 
If anyone has any contacts or suggestions it would be much  appreciated.  
My daughter flew from Shannon Ireland to Newark on Sunday via  Boston.  The 
flight from Ireland to Boston was on Aer Lingus and then she  changed planes 
in Boston to  United.  She is being told that the  computers don't show the 
bag was put on the Aer Lingus flight.  She has the  baggage claim and she 
IDed the bag when she went through customs.
