I also had the pleasure of attending Israeloff today and listening to Lew Tesser's thought-provoking 
presentation on Mediation as an enlightened legal tool that neutralizes the adversarial behavior of 
the opposing parties through collaboration (NOT motions); delivers more beneficial outcomes for all 
and reduces drawn-out  and alarming legal costs that often defeat the original objective and take an 
inexorable toll on health and well-being. While it is not the only solution. it is a compelling one. 
Lew should write a book!
