[Fredslist] Commercial property wanted for CT Manufacturer

I'm trying to locate a property suitable for manufacturing in CT with the following specifications:

a.) 15k square feet manufacturing space minimum with the ability to expand. 
    b.) 400 plus amp service, 460 volts power.
    c.) gas heat. 
    d.) Minimum ceiling height is 12 feet. Ideal height is 16 to 18 feet. 
    e.) The building or property must have the ability to house a tank of water that is 10k gallons.  Probably a 4" line to fill it. 
    f.)  High speed internet - either cable or ATT uverse
    g.) The structure must be able to accommodate a gantry crane. 
    h.) The floors in the mfg area must be of sufficient thickness to support 20 to 30k pound machinery without flex. 

3.) The office should have a conference room. There should be at least 3 offices and an open work space. 

4.) Ideally a steel and concrete building for ease of insurance. 

5.) The building must be outside of any risk for flooding - again for ease of insurance. 

6.) Counties - 
    a.) Middlesex 
    b.) Hartford
    c) Tolland
    d) New London
