[Fredslist] Think Grisham's The Rainmaker - think David and Goliath

Does anyone out there in the vast world of Gotham know someone of  
importance/high up/officer at Manhattan Life Insurance?
 
They are giving us a terrible runaround (since March) about cashing in a  
policy and it would be great to have an actual contact before we start to get 
 angry and litigious, which is just about now. We have gone through 
channels,  completed every stupid piece of paperwork they have sent us and it is 
now as  they say "up to my lower lip."
 
W would to avoid a suit so if anyone knows anyone, it would be greatly  
appreciated.
