Hi Everyone,

The Gotham Young Pros are really excited to be sending this email!  We
spent August in super recruitment mode and are proud to introduce four new
Gotham Young Pro's to the tribe (short bios and contact info below)!
Ride the circuit to our next meeting on Sept. 10 and meet all the new energy (GothamYoung Pros welcome members from all industries and
professions).    


Brooke Bodinzer  bbodziner at sljllp.com
Brooke recently completed all of the
requirements of her CPA and received her license in April of 2012! After a summer
internship with PwC, she decided large firms were not the best fit for her, and
so after passing the CPA exam, she began working at Silverman Linden LLP. 
Silverman Linden is a small firm in Times Square that does a wide variety of
work with a heavy emphasis on taxes.  They also specialize in forensic
accounting and litigation services.  Brook has a Bachelors in both
Accounting and Internal Auditing from the University at Buffalo.  
 
Cathy DeClemente  cathy at rmgbookkeeping.com
With a background in corporate
finance, Cathy is in business development role for The RMG Group, a firm that
provides comprehensive outsourced bookkeeping and administrative services to
small-to-mid-size companies, entrepreneurial owners and individuals. 
Outside of networking and building business relationships, Cathy enjoys music
and traveling around the world, as well as tutoring students from inner-city
schools.  Cathy has her MBA in Finance from Baruch College.
  
Mary Pat Jacobs  marypat.jacobs at applypoint.net 
Passionate about helping prospective
students achieve their goals in higher education through clear and compelling
communications, Mary Pat Jacobs launched Apply Point, an admissions consulting
firm that aims to guide applicants through a comprehensive list of services
including school selection strategy, recommendation management, interview
coaching, essay content development, copy editing and resume construction.  In her free time, she enjoys writing essays
and personal profile stories and has contributed to the Oprah Winfrey Show as
well as Quest, the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s national magazine. Mary Pat
has a MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis
and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri’s renowned School
of Journalism. 

Alon Nachmany  alonchu at gmail.com  
Alon recently joined the Information Technology team at Forex Capital Markets
and was previously the VP of Technology for Burstream, LLC, a normalized
financial market data startup for high frequency ultra low latency hedge funds
and prop. traders.  Alon has served in the Israeli Defense Forces and is
currently the Co-Chairman of the Tel-Aviv University Alumni Committee in New
York, as well as worked in Project Management and Deal Brokerage with Leaders
of the Israeli Economy and is a former member of the Diplomatic Community in
Israel. Alon has a MBA from Tel-Aviv University and a BA in Business from the
Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya.
