BANKRUPTCY AND CLASS ACTION ADMINISTRATION SALES

 

A major information management service company based in midtown Manhattan seeks to hire for two roles: (1) one focused on bankruptcy claims administration sales; and (2) one focused on class action administration sales. Ideal candidates include (1) experienced bankruptcy attorneys or paralegals (for the bankruptcy-focused position) and class action attorneys and paralegals (for the class action-focused position) who are self starters and have an interest in moving to an entrepreneurial, sales-side role; (2) sales professionals already in the claims administration field; or (3) financial advisors with significant knowledge of the bankruptcy or class action process. The positions offer a base salary and significant up-side potential through commissions, require travel outside of NYC (including to conferences), and offer a good quality of life.
