[Fredslist] IT silly installation problem

Friends:

I just got a new Canon printer and I am trying to install it.  This one
requires the installation of the printer head and this dufus
cannot figure it out.  Is there anyone on the upper West Side who could jump
to my place at 252 W. 102nd St. (BWAY and West End).  I am screwed without a
printer.  This is not intended to be a freebie!!!

Unfortunately, I need to leave the house by 3.
