Thanks Elizabeth, sounds like a great idea. I also find it helpful to remember to hydrate daily by consuming one ounce of water per two pounds of body weight. Water is the only fluid that counts since other liquids tend to have diuretic and therefore dehydrating effects. Even fruit juice, with its fructose content, will dehydrate if not taken in conjunction with enough water.  Aromatic herbs, such as mint and ginger, while refreshing, also need to be taken with sufficient water.
