Hi All,

 

Hoping you might pass this email along to interested parties in your
"network".    Len has a great one bedroom apartment available for rent
in August (ideally August 1st).   It is perfect for a single person or a
couple.

It is on the second floor of a three-family house in Park Slope (7th
Street between 4th & 5th Avenue)  Great neighborhood!!   The apartment
is very large by NY standards. I can provide photos to interested
parties.  BIG kitchen, living area with charming brick wall and then two
adjacent rooms which are currently used as office and bedroom (with
glass french doors dividing the two). Also, a big plus is a walk-in
closet (off the bedroom) that is huge. 

We want quiet people who are respectful and financially secure. And,
ideally, who would like to stay for more than one year. 

 

Rent is $2,250/month. Heat included.   NO pets.  NO smokers.

 

The apartment is three blocks from the R and F train; two local stops
away from a major transportation hub (Atlantic/Pacific Terminal)
