I believe that the ammunition clips should be banned BUT I do not think that
Congress has the right to ban them.  I am assuming that we when talk about
ammunition clips we are talking about those that turn a weapon into a
semi-automatic or an automatic weapon.
I do not think that the Founding Fathers envisionaged those kinds of
weapons.  A true hunter would never use them and they have no place in the
hands of an ordinary citizen.
It seems that leaves it to the States, with the encouragement of the Federal
Government.
