Neigborhoods: Midtown West (near express train), Upper West Side, Morningside Height (below 125th)
Looking to spend under 3000/month
Two bedroom and washer/dryer in  unit are our main requirements
Would prefer a walkup
Must be pet friendly - we have a 45 lb dog
Looking to move in probably 1st week of August, at least a year lease
