[Fredslist] Anyone out there familiar with Chinese cultural dances?

This just might be the most unusual Fred's List request in the history of Gotham:

A local (Long Island) private elementary school is looking for someone (or a company or group) to perform a Chinese Dragon Dance or a Chinese Fan Dance as part of a foreign culture's lesson to celebrate the Chinese New Year (February 3, 2011).

The school is willing to pay for the performance - but has a limited budget.
