[Fredslist] Cell Site Tower Leases

Gothamites -

I need some guidance. My temple is contemplating a buy-out of our T-Mobile
Cell Tower Lease. We receive monthly rental payments from T-Mobile and are
of the understanding that there are companies that will buy these leases out
for lump sum payments. Obviously looking for someone who will be fair and
not take advantage of us. Please forward me any recommendations, suggestions
or guidance.
