[Fredslist] Unique Office Space Needed

I'm looking for a unique kind of space to move my practice
(psychotherapy/personal training). I realize this will be very hard to find,
but with Gotham magic you never know!   

 

Location:                              Ideally - 30th-50th , 1st Ave - 6th
Ave (though for the right space I'll be flexible about location)

Square Feet:                      800-1500

Rent:                                     $2500 ish

Hours:                                   24/7

Unique Needs:                Bathroom with a shower, "dog friendly" (My
current building doesn't formally allow dogs, but informally has been
incredibly accommodating)
