Dear Fellow Gothamites,

 

I have a client who is breaking away from an Orthopedic practice with
another partner to open their own practice.  They are in need of some
financing, roughly $250-300K, and they are willing to collateralize the
loan with bank balances in order to keep the interest rates low.  They
need this as a general business loan to bridge the gap from opening
their doors until they begin to get paid by the insurance companies.

 

Please email me if you know of anybody that would be able to provide
this type of loan.
