A very close friend is interested in first renting and ultimately
purchasing a 1-bedroom apartment in an adult community on the west coast
of Florida...Ft. Lauderdale, Boca, Lake Worth, up or down the coast.
She is NOT looking for a luxury situation but rather wants a mid-range
apartment with amenities.  

She is going down to Boca next Wednesday and could use some contacts who
are open minded and who can show her around.
