[Fredslist] Immigration and medicare expert needed

Dear Gotham:

I have a client, who is a U.S. citizen and is sponsoring his mother for citizenship.  She is from India.  He has some questions with regard to her immigration and medicare issues given that she will be a senior citizen.  I'd appreciate any referrals who could be of assistance.
