Today is the Winter Solstice and I can see the light at the end of a snowy cold tunnel on this darkest day of year.

Seinfeld had his made up "Festivus" and we have Gotham's "Solsticess".  Just around the corner is Christmas, the New Year and soon after, as the days lighten up, Rona Gura, the Gotham Book Club ("Mudbound"), the Gotham Film Festival, Softball, the Golf Outing and the Spring Cocktail Party.
