Apartment wanted:


I am a single professional female in mid 30s looking for a Studio or 1 bed room in Brooklyn Height/ Cobble Hill/ Boerum Hill/ Carroll Garden,
for around $1200-1600

I would like to start my new lease on July 1st 2008.
Location is most critical and I would like to be close to Subway station.
Preferable close to the first / second stop in Brooklyn, 2,3,4,5 train Borough Hall.
A studio/1BR in safe environment with natural light and ventilation.
I prefer elevator building or apartment on 2, 3rd floor walk up but I will also see apartments on ground floor or 4th floor.
